Fellowship Programs in Europe and the United States

Humanity in Action is accepting applications from Greek students and recent graduates for our 2017 Fellowship Programs in Europe and the United States. The Fellowships take place in Europe from May 26 to June 25, 2017 and in Atlanta (USA) from July 5 to 30, 2017.
The costs of participation in the Fellowships are fully covered.
Intensive and demanding, the Fellowships bring together international groups of students and recent graduates to explore national histories of discrimination and resistance—including the political foundations of racial hierarchies, Antisemitism, Islamophobia and colonial domination—as they affect different minority groups today. The Fellowship seeks to educate, connect and inspire future leaders in the fields of human rights and social justice.
Participation in the Fellowship gives access to an international network of more than 1,650 committed students and young professionals around the world and internship opportunities in high-level institutions (e.g. European Parliament, US Congress, international civil society organizations).

Humanity in Action will select university students and recent graduates from Greece who are mature, proactive, self-reliant, and comfortable in intensive group activity and interaction. Humanity in Action seeks candidates who are eager to stretch their understanding of the programs' issues beyond their own national contexts and specific fields of study.

Proficiency in English is required. All majors and academic disciplines are encouraged to apply at www.humanityinaction.org/pages/314-call-for-applications

Applications are due on January 29, 2017.

The participation of Greek Fellows in Humanity in Action’s programs internationally is generously supported by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation.
