8th Africa-Europe Training Course for Youth Organisations

Call for Participants: 8th Africa-Europe Training Course for Youth Organisations, that is going to be held from 10 to 20 July 2012 in Mindelo, São Vicente - Cape Verde, in the frame of the 4th African University on Youth and Development. The Training Course is organised by the North-South Centre of the Council of Europe in the framework of the Joint Management Agreement between the European Commission - EuropeAid Co-operation Office and the North-South Centre of the Council of Europe, in collaboration with the Cape Verde Federation of Youth, the Portuguese National Youth Council, the Youth Forum of the Portuguese Speaking Countries, the Pan African Youth Union and the European Youth Forum.
