18-25 EU competiton

IN ITS CELEBRATION OF 100 YEARS OF INDIAN CINEMA and the UN International Day of Families, Local Family TV International is launching an EU wide competition, giving 20 talented individuals the opportunity to work together online and be mentored by award-winning composer and producer Charlie Midnight in collaboration with a technical director and the Conservatory of Music of Cannes.

Supported by His Imperial Highness Robert Andreas Stephan Babenberg, the Nehru Centre/Indian Ministry of Culture in the UK, the Mayor's Office in Cannes and other Cannes Officials, winners will also have the chance to travel to Cannes where they will participate in the filming of a documentary and a live performance with local young artists, while contacting with the local culture and heritage.

Emphasising the theme of Bollywood, Local Family TV are looking for entrants to record a video of themselves singing and/or dancing and then upload from your computer to YouTube. Judges include industry artists, producers and the Indian Minister of Culture in the UK.

The competition is in 5 different categories: songwriters, singers, dancers, rappers and filmmakers.
